How to get to the ACV
Vienna offers an extensive public transport system with subway, tram, and over 100 bus lines. Wait times are brief, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes during peak hours. The ACV is located just a few minutes from the U1 station “Kaisermühlen-VIC,” and the U1 station “Stephansplatz” can be reached from the congress venue in only 7 minutes.
Travelling by plane
Vienna Airport is situated approximately 22 km from the congress venue (ACV). The City Airport Train (CAT) offers a non-stop service to the centre of Vienna in just 16 minutes, while the standard rail service takes around 30 minutes. Alternatively, the airport express bus reaches the ACV in approximately 30 minutes. Taxis are another option, with a travel time of approximately 25 minutes.
Travelling by train
Vienna offers excellent train connections to all major European cities, particularly through night trains. From the city's train stations, you can easily reach the ACV via public transport: Vienna Central Station (U1 subway line, just 20 minutes with no transfers), West Station (U3 and U6 subway lines), and Praterstern (U1 subway line).
Travelling by car
Austria boasts an excellent motorway and road network. To reach the congress venue (ACV) by car, take the A22 motorway and exit at ACV/VIC (Vienna International Center). Alternatively, you can use the Reichsbrücke bridge or approach via Wagramer Strasse. On-site parking is plentiful, with a garage and 18 electric vehicle charging stations available.
