Computational Symposium (CP)

Sunday, 7 September 2025

The Computational Symposium is a unique event, bringing together an international interdisciplinary community of pathologists, scientists and computer scientists in this rapidly developing area. This year we focus on the major technological developments in artificial intelligence (such as large foundation models and vision-language models), community efforts to share and use data for computational pathology, and the practical side of computational pathology research. The event will include distinguished senior speakers as well as the latest work from up-and-coming researchers, selected abstracts in digital pathology and AI, and a lively panel discussion where you can put your questions to the experts.

Organisers of the symposium:

  • Nasir Rajpoot, UK
  • Darren Treanor, UK
  • Jeroen van der Laak, The Netherlands
  • Inti Zlobec, Switzerland (Digital and Computational Pathology WG Chair)
  • António Polónia Oliveira, Portugal (Digital and Computational Pathology WG Co-Chair)
