The 37th European Congress of Pathology (ECP) will be held at the Austria Center Vienna (ACV) from 6–10 September 2025, gathering over 5,000 international experts in pathology and related fields.

The congress motto, “ECP Vienna – Tradition Meets Future,” emphasizes the advancements in pathology and its role in modern diagnostics and therapies. The programme will include keynote lectures, symposia and various other session formats led by renowned experts, reflecting on dynamic developments in the field.

The Austria Center Vienna (ACV) is the largest congress center in Austria. Located approx. 22 km from the airport, this modern venue offers an overall event space of 22,000 sqm on 5 different levels.
The ESP is seeking approval from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide CME credits for the scientific programme of the congress.
Booking & Allocation Process for ECP 2025 Vienna
Bookings for ECP 2025 are made using the respective application forms.
Companies can book ECP 2025 sponsoring and exhibition services from October 2024 on. All bookings will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritised by the respective sponsorship level.
Important:
All bookings via the application forms are legally binding. Companies must accept Appendix 1 – ECP Industry Guidelines and Appendix 2 – ECP Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy during the booking process.
